1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JedaForm, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

JedaForm provides a web-based form builder platform allowing users to create forms, collect data, and analyze responses ("Service"). The Service is provided "as is" and JedaForm assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user data.

3. User Conduct

You agree to not use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Collect sensitive personal information (such as passwords, credit card numbers, or social security numbers) securely and in compliance with applicable laws. Phishing is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JedaForm, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
